Collecting things is a hobby of some people. Items they collect vary from inexpensive miniature items like key chains, pens or hair clips, to big expensive and rare items like shoes, mint baseball cards or antique cars. The money they spend for these items vary from pittance to small fortunes. Anthropologists have searched for reasons why people collect things and some reasons they found out are:
