Surprise the handyman of the house with several awesome gifts. Give him award-winning SOG folding knives that combine experimental design with precision engineering. SOG features technological advancements such as the Arc-Lock and the patented SOG Assisted Technology or SAT.
The SAT works through the balance of opposing high-tension coil springs. As the user opens the blade, the force to propel the knife open becomes greater than the closing force. The blade will open on its own when the user initiates the one-handed opening action. SAT will work well for both right and left-handed knife users.

History revealed that diamond has been the most effective cutting tool even in the past. It is the hardest substance on earth making it perfect for sharpening and grinding steel. This is the reason why diamond knife sharpeners are known to be the best in providing a sharp edge. This also does not wear down quickly. It uses diamond abrasive to hone the blades.
Diamond knife sharpeners have coatings of industrial diamonds and bonded with steel. These are available in many different forms. There are some that are hand-held and some are even pocket-sized. There are also other forms that are at the countertop for more convenience. These are by far the best sharpeners because you don’t need to sharpen your knives or scissors often.

Slot cars enthusiasts either race slot cars at home or at commercial raceways, or both. Ensure that the fun never ends by having spare slot car parts on hand so you can immediately repair or replace anything that gets broken. Whether you own HO, 1/32 and 1/24 slot cars, there are parts, tracks and accessories for all these at most slot car online stores.
The concept of model car racing began in the early 1900s. However, what we are more familiar with today originated in the 30’s and 40’s in Europe as the original cars were run on track more based on model train rails than the current slot track. Renewed interest in this hobby has even inspired collections of original tracks from the 60’s.

During off-season, I make my team undergo a hockey-conditioning program to maintain the team members’ strength and agility. We cross-train and do longer duration and low intensity aerobic activities. I also have my players jog, hike, swim, and bike to get them outside. Our cross-training lasts for around 30 to 90 minutes a day, three times a week for the first three weeks.
For the succeeding weeks, we increase the activities in intensity and duration. We also start adding sprints, stair runs and inline skating as these are more hockey-specific exercises. I gave out NHL clocks to all my players so they would be motivated to get up each morning and look forward to the day’s activities we’ll be doing together.

I’m a very calculating person. I was raised to plan strategies and anticipate moves at the age of 4. How, you may ask did I learn this? My dad taught me chess. Chess is the game of kings. There are 32 chess game pieces.
The 32 chess game pieces include 16 pawns, 4 rooks, 4 knights, 4 bishops, 2 queens and 2 kings. Pawns can only move one step at a time except for initial move of two. The rooks move throughout the board either horizontal or vertical only. Bishops move diagonal. Knights in an L shape (two forward and one side). Queens can do anything except for the knights move and the king can only move one step at a time.
