A few years back, I had a chance to visit my home country the Philippines. I was amazed at how much it prospered since the time I left. They have huge malls bigger than what I’m used to in the US. In their malls, you see lots of attractions like ice skating and slot car racing. The Philippines is doing well in international ice skating competition. The weird part is the Philippines is a tropical country and has never experience snow ever. The closest it got to snow is hail.

Slot car racing they got from the Japanese. Slot car racing is fun to watch. It is a miniature car race but the cars go very fast. It runs by electricity. The cars go very fast that it is common in a race to see cars just fly out of the race track. Slot car betting is also big business there.
