I have never met a basketball fan who doesn’t collect basketball trading cards. Some place them in plastic card sleeves and keep them in sturdy binders. A few even consider them as holy as the bible. I can’t blame them, though. Some of their cards can be worth a fortune.

My brother is one of those card collectors who treat his collection with utmost reverence. He’s been collecting ever since my dad took him to see a game and gave him a couple of his Magic Johnson basketball cards. Now, his collection one of the most extensive ones I’ve seen. He has all of the teams, each in different binders, but you could tell which team is his favorite by the thickness of the binder. I imagine that if he sells his collection in the future, he’d be pretty rich.
