One of my brother’s favorite pastimes is putting together Aurora plastic model kits. When we were still small, I remember him collecting as many kits as possible. He even had those glow in the dark versions. He would bug our parents to buy him one every time we go out as a family.

Eventually, Aurora’s molds were sold to various companies. Now that we’re all grown up, my brother found out that old kits were reissued as Polar Lights model kits. He was very happy to rekindle his passion for these things. He’s now buying model kits for both his kids and enjoying bonding with them when they put those toys together.
