So How Does Animals Looked in Olden Times?

Dinosaurs are interesting reptiles. Because they lived many many years ago and they no longer exist they are even more interesting. We can only know about them through fossils that are dug up from under the earth. Dinosaur skulls are kept in museums for safekeeping and to ensure that they are preserved for the education of future generation. Some are authentic; others are replicas.

Real and replica dinosaur skulls are being sold to museums. Most are molded and cast specimen. One example is the replica of Deinosuchus, a reptile that was far larger than any modern crocodile or alligator. It measured up to 40 feet and weighs up to 8.5 metric tons. It had large, robust teeth that were built for crushing and its back was covered with thick semispherical osteoderms.
