If you are a collector, of any kind, you always want the first editions, special issues and anything that is one of a kind. They have higher value and are more special than the other items. The older they are, the more precious they get. You can collect stamps, coins, movie posters, salt and pepper shakers, and some even have collectible pony figurines.

These figurines are carefully hand crafted and painted. You can see the very intricate designs on each piece. And though some artists continue to make new figurines, the older ones that they have made are already discontinued. And those lucky ones who got the first editions are very lucky to get the first editions.
